Jorge brings more than 20 years of quality management experience in the medical device industry, having worked for leading global corporations in the U.S. and abroad. Before joining Neocis’ senior leadership team in 2024, he held various quality roles at Johnson & Johnson and Olympus Surgical Technologies. In these positions, Jorge led quality management improvement and remediation efforts, supported new product introductions, oversaw manufacturing quality, and enhanced post-market activities across global markets.
