Putting in face time is not a value — productivity isn’t about appearances. We’re in a race against ourselves and against the competition that’s coming. Just because we don’t see them yet, doesn’t mean they’re not on their way! We’re transparent with our goals at all levels, which allows us to keep rowing in the same direction as a team.
